2011 was a mixed season for NFC, with Divisions 1, 3 and Masters missing out on finals football but Divisions 4 and 6 flying the flag with Grand Final appearances and the Division 6 boys also being crowned league champions. Division 1 appointed a new coach, Simon Wells, for the season and started well but a lack of depth haunted the reds who ultimately had to settle for a mid-table spot on the ladder. Brett Romero's Division 3 team started off very slowly but gelled in the second half of the season to provide a glimmer of hope for 2012. Division 4 had a stellar season, going all the way to the big one, where they were unlucky to lose to UC Pumas. Mase's Division 6 team led from start to finish and won the league in convincing fashion only to go down in the Grand Final to Brindabella. Kike's Masters had a topsy- turvy season, mixing great wins with disappointing losses.Once again, squad depth was a major issue in 2011 and they missed out on a finals berth.

Unfortunately, Narrabundah also surrendered their 'Club of the Year' title to powerhouse, ANU FC.
