Hispanidad Cup 2007

Saturday 13 October 2007 was a key day for Narrabundah Football Club, it was the day we re-launched the Hispanidad Cup. We would like to thank Woden Valley, White Eagles and Belconnen Old Devils for participating.

The committee had worked hard to ensure that it was going to be a day to remember and judging by the response from all the teams we achieved our objective.

Congratulations goes to Woden Valley for taking out the 2007 Hispanidad Cup, it was nice to see Woden fielding a young side full of talent. In the Masters game it was great to see past Narrabundah players participate (Frank Corujo, Vince Ruiz, Al Ramos and Jose Canizares) and help NFC win the 2007 Hispanidad Masters Cup. Special thanks to Belconnen Old Devils for playing the game in a great advertisement for sportsmanship and quality football.

A big thanks to Capital Football and the referee's on the day.


We hope to see everybody back next year in an expanded tournament.
